Hello everybody, it is John, welcome to my recipe site. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, gnocchi al tegamino. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious. The most traditional version is as an alternative is "gnocchi al tegamino", seasoned with tomato and mozzarella cubes, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and put in the oven for a few minutes using earthenware pots so that the mozzarella melts and creates a divine crust.
