How to Make Perfect Euchepos (tamales de elote)
Hey everyone, hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, euchepos (tamales de elote). One of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.
Add hot water to a large pot with a steamer basket (Tamales Steamer Pot) and place tamales as above picture. Cover tamales with the rest of the corn husks and cover with the lid.
