- Kalau samcan sudah empuk, goreng samcan dalam minyak panas dengan posisi yang terendam bagian kulit saja. Btw air rebusan jangan dibuang. Tutup wajannya supaya tidak meletup
- Kalau sudah kering kulitnya, angkat. Langsung masukkan air panas, rendam 10 menit lalu potong-potong sesuai selera
- Tumis bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan juhi dan ebi, tumis terus sampai warna juhi kecokelatan agak kering dan harum
- Masukkan sayur asin, jamur hioko, bumbu ngohiong, merica, garam, gula pasir, bumbu jamur, saos tiram, kecap asin dan kecap manis. Aduk rata dan tuang sisa air rebusan samcan dan rendaman jamur hioko. Didihkan
