- Bungkus bagian daging pork belly dengan aluminium foil, bagian kulitnya biarkan terbuka
- Tusuk-tusuk bagian kulit, semakin banyak tusukkannya semakin garing nanti kulitnya. Nusuknya bisa pakai tusuk sate / pengempuk daging ya
- Masukkan kulkas, diamkan selama 12-24jam
- Lapisi bagian kulit dengan garam (harus garam putih/kasar, jangan garam himalaya)
- Panaskan oven 200 celcius, panggang selama 40 menit
- Keluarkan dari panggangan, buang bagian garamnya
- Keluarkan pork belly dari aluminium foil lalu panggang lagi 200 celcius selama 20 menit
- Kalau kulitnya masih belum garing, bisa digoreng lagi dengan sedikit minyak bagian kulitnya saja ya sesuai selera ☺️
- Potong-potong dan sajikan 😋 lama bikinnya tapi gampang dan pasti jadi punya alias anti gagal 😁😁😁
