  3. Calentar la bebida de avena en el microondas o en la Thermomix: 2 min, 60°,vel 1. - Echamos las láminas de gelatina hidratadas en la bebida y mezclamos bien durante 1 min. A continuación, añadimos el queso y el edulcorante (al gusto). Yo recomiendo 1 cucharadita.
  4. Lo mezclamos todo muy bien durante 30 segundos. Sacamos los tarritos del frigorífico y con cuidado vamos echando la mezcla de la Thermomix. Metemos al frigorífico unas 3 horas antes de consumir. A la hora de consumir se pueden tomar solos o con mermelada sin azúcar.
