  2. Sambil nunggu dingin buat isian. Masak di api kecil semua bahan isian. Maizena dilarutkan dulu dgn air dan dicampur telor,ini masukkin terakhir klo adonan sudah panas hampir mendidih. Aduk2 trs sampai mendidih,jgn sampai menggumpal,angkat dan taruh di wadah,lsg tutup dgn plastik menempel di adonan biar ga kering.
  3. Setelah adonan kulit dingin, masukkan telor satu2 lalu di mixer sampai rata,atau boleh di aduk pake whisk.
  4. Masukkan adonan dipiping bag,cetak adonan di atas loyang yg di alasi kertas atau oles mentega,mana yg gampang aja ya bu..😁
  5. Panaskan dulu ovennya ya bu,kira2 10 mnt dgn suhu 200° C,biar benar2 panas. Setelah itu panggang di oven dgn suhu 200°C selama 15 mnt sampai mengembang dan agak kuning,lalu turunkan ke suhu 180°C selama 15-20 mnt sampai tdk ada buih dan warna sudah kuning kecoklatan. Sesuaikan aja dgn oven masing2 ya bu.. saya pake oven listrik.
  6. Klo sdh tdk berbuih baru di angkat ya. Jangan sekali2 buka oven saat msh memanggang,krn mengakibatkan kue akan turun dan tdk mengembang lagi.
  7. Tuh liat dalemnya kopong dan luarnya kokoh krispy.
  8. Isi dgn isian yg sdh dingin,boleh digunting samping atau dari bawah dgn spuit. Bebas aja bu ibu..sajikan hangat atau dingin,sama2 enaakk.. yukk di coba bu.Ini saya buat jadi kurang lebih 15 buah ya bu. Agak besar2 soalnya biar puas makannya😄
