- En un cazo ponemos el café, la leche, el azúcar, el cacao
- Añadimos la Maizena y mezclamos bien
- Ponemos a fuego medio y dejamos cocer unos 5 minutos hasta que espese
- Lo colamos a una jarra por si hay grumos y lo pasamos a unos vasos. Dejamos templar y metemos en nevera 2-3 horas
- Sacamos de la nevera unos 15 minutos antes de servir y adornamos al gusto. Yo he puesto nata montada y virutas de chocolate
