- Dopo 30 min togliere dal freezer la 1ª base, prenderla dalla carta forno e spostarla su una teglia e metterla in frigo.
- Rifoderare con la carta forno la teglia apribile da 18cm, metterci il composto, compattare bene la base e farla riposare per 30 min nel freezer.
- Ora prepariamo la crema: montiamo la panna con lo zucchero a velo.
- In una ciotolina montiamo il mascarpone, poi lo uniamo con la panna con l’aiuto di una spatola per non smontarla.
- Mettiamo la crema in una sac à poche con il beccuccio largo, e nel frattempo prendiamo la 1ª base.
- Prendere un piatto ed adagiarci la 1ª base, facendo attenzione a non romperla. Poi mettiamo la crema a ciuffetti con la sac à poche. Poi ci mettiamo sopra la 2ª base e decoriamo con il resto della crema ed infine decoriamo con della frutta (ex.mirtilli, fragole, albicocche, pesche, etc..), meringhe e macarons.
