- Versa alternando i due impasti nell' apposito stampo da chiffon cake da 24/25 cm senza imburrare ne infarinare.
- Inforna sul ripiano basso del forno a 170 gradi per circa 75 minuti. Se a un certo punto scurisce copri con un foglio di carta forno.
- Quando pronta estrai e fai raffreddare la torta capovolta.
- Per le arance caramellate versa acqua e zucchero in un pentolino, accendi a fuoco dolce e quando inizia a caramellare disponi le fette d'arancia senza sovrapporle.
- Cuoci per circa 10 minuti girandole ogni tanto con una pinza. Poi disponile su un foglio di carta forno, fai un taglio dal centro verso l'esterno e rigira le due estremità. Lascia raffreddare completamente.
- Quando la torta sarà fredda fai fondere a bagnomaria il cioccolato all'arancia, lascia intiepidire e ricopri la torta. Decora con le fette d'arancia.
