  3. Una vez tenemos nuestra espuma vamos a preparar nuestro vaso o copa. - - El tradicional se toma en verano con hielo y leche en el fondo y a continuación ponemos 2 o 3 cucharadas de espuma por encima. - - También podemos hacerlo caliente. Simplemente calentamos nuestra leche y después colocamos nuestra espuma por encima.
  4. Después mezclamos todo y vamos a obtener un café con un sabor fantástico y una espuma dura y consistente.
  5. Para los que no quieran tomar café pueden sustituirlo por descafeinado soluble y sale exactamente de bien. - - Y ahora un truquillo para tener nuestro café siempre a mano: - - A mí me gusta preparar más cantidad (más o menos el triple de la receta), es decir 30 gr. de café soluble, 35 gr. de azúcar y 60 ml de agua y consigo mucha más cantidad.
  6. Después la guardo en un tupper y la llevo al congelador. Después cuando quiero mi café simplemente me sirvo un par de cucharadas directamente del tupper y lo mezclo con mi leche.
