  4. In a stir-fry pan, wok or skillet, on medium high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

  10. Stir-fry vegetables for about 3-5 minutes, to more heat through than cook completely.
  11. Add mixed sauce to vegetables. Bring to a low boil, turn down heat to medium low. Cover pan.
  12. Let cook for about 3 minutes, then add pork back in. Give it a good stir.
  13. Cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  14. If you wish to add some peanuts, put those in 2 minutes before done, and stir.
  15. We like ours over cooked brown rice, but noodles would work well also.
