- Ensuite, faire de même avec les aubergines et les carottes (séparément !). Vous pouvez les faire cuire dans un peu d’eau au lieu d’ajouter encore de l’huile.
- Mélanger les légumes dans une grande (grande) poêle, ajouter les oignons. Couper les tomates et la gousse d’ail en dés et ajouter aux légumes. Laisser mijoter 20 minutes et ajouter sel et poivre.
- Dans un plat, déposer une couche de légumes, puis recouvrir de pâtes, puis de crème (que vous aurez mélangée avec un peu de gruyère râpé). Recommencer jusqu’à ce qu’il n’y ait plus d’ingrédients.
- Enfournez à 200 degrés entre 30 et 40 minutes.
