The ingredients needed to make Egg Curry:
  1. Get 8 hard boiled eggs, deshelled
  2. Prepare 3-4 tbsp mustard oil
  3. Make ready 1 tsp garlic paste
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  5. Take 2 tbsp onion paste (can alter the quantity),
  6. Get as per taste Salt
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  8. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Get 2 tsp dhania powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp dahi
  12. Take 1 tbsp fresh cream
Steps to make Egg Curry:
  1. Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan, heat it. Slit the eggs, fry them till brown.
  2. Now take a wok, add oil, heat it.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water also, sauté it for a while.
  4. Add onion paste,also add lil water, stir fry it for a while.
  5. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until brown.
  6. Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, add lil water again, mix it well. Cook it till oil has oozed out.
  7. Open the lid now, increase the flame, add salt & garam masala powder, give a stir.
  8. Now add dahi & cream, mix it well.
  9. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil separates.
  10. Open the lid now, increase the flame, add boiled water accordingly so as to keep gravy a lil thin (not runny).
  11. Give a boil, add eggs, lower the flame, cook it covered till gravy becomes like the consistency you required.
  12. Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
  13. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
  14. Have it with Roti, Paratha or Nan.
