- Prepare 200 gram tepung terigu

- Campur gula pasir,air pandan,& garam ke dalam panci. Masak sampai gula larut (tidak perlu sampai mendidih). Biarkan hangat-hangat kuku.
- Dalam wadah lain campur tepung beras dan tepung terigu lalu masukkan air rebusan gula ke dalam tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil di mikser kurang lebih 5 menit.
- Diamkan minimal 15 menit atau lebih lama lebih baik.
- Panaskan minyak goreng secukupnya.Usahakan minyak sudah panas betul baru goreng cucur satu per satu (saya memakai centong kecil) sampai adonan habis.Aduk2 terlebih dahulu adonan sebelum digoreng.Gunakan api kecil saja.
