  2. Portiamo a bollore una pentola d'acqua, saliamo e aggiungiamo gli gnocchi. Quando verranno a galla saranno cotti. Scoliamoli e condiamoli con metà del sugo che abbiamo fatto.
  3. Prendiamo la nostra pirofila e alterniamo strati di gnocchi, sugo, mozzarella a cubetti e parimgiano grattuggiato. Continuiamo fino a riempire la pirofila. Ricopriamo con abbondante mozzarella e parmigiano. Inforniamo per 10 minuti a 200 gradi. lasciamo raffrettare per qualche minuto prima di mangiarli perchè saranno bollenti!
