- Empezamos encendiendo el horno a tope. Mientras se calienta, extendemos el tomate sobre la llesca de pan, orégano por encima.
- Seguidamente vamos añadiendo los ingredientes. Extendemos el queso al gusto sobre el tomate (en este caso puse un queso ahumado en lonchas?) seguimos, extendiendo sobre el queso, la la cebolla cortada en juliana, con un pelín de sal y aceite de oliva por encima.
- Ahora extendemos el atún de manera uniforme, repartimos ahora el pimiento rojo asado en tiras y las olivas en rodajas, sobre el atún. Por último, el queso de gratinar por encima de la llesca. Pimienta, orégano.
