  3. Nel frattempo lessare le patate per circa 35 minuti.
  4. Pelarle ancora calde e passarle con lo schiaccia patate.
  5. Su una spianatoia versare un po’ di farina e metterci le patate.
  6. Fare un buco nel centro e versare piano piano la farina e impastare bene.
  7. Unire l’uovo.
  8. Realizzare delle specie di corde spese circa 2 cm.
  9. Tagliarle a pezzetti e passare lo gnocco sui rebbi di una forchetta per rigarlo.
  10. Disporre gli gnocchi su una teglia ben infarinata.
  11. Far bollire l’acqua con un po’ di sale e un filo d’olio e versarci gli gnocchi. Quando saliranno tutti a galla, scolarli.
  12. Saltarli nel ragù.
