- Campur rata tepung beras, tepung terigu, garam dan vanili powder, sisihkan. Rebus air kelapa, gula pasir dan daun pandan sampai mendidih. Angkat, biarkan hangat suam kuku
- Setelah hangat suam kuku tuang sedikit2 kedalam campuran tepung tadi, aduk rata menggunakan whisk sampai menjadi adonan yang licin. Kemudian mixer dengan kecepatan sedang selama 5 menit. Matikan mixer, kemudian diamkan selama 2 jam. Setelah didiamkan, beri pasta pandan, aduk rata.
- Panaskan minyak secukupnya (jangan banyak2 dan jangan terlalu sedikit juga), lalu kecilkan api. Tuang adonan cucur sebanyak 1 sendok sayur ke dalam wajan. Boleh disiram2 minyak bagian atasnya. Setelah bagian bawahnya terlihat kecoklatan, boleh dibalik dan goreng sebentar saja. Angkat, tiriskan pada tissue..
