(sy kmrn bisa pakai sampai 300ml air, dan didiamkan sekitar 2jam)-setelah di diamkan, aduk rata kembali adonan..
- Siap menggoreng kue cucur? Nah disini lah susahnya buat si cucur menurutku loh yaa 😂 1. Minyak yang digunakan tidak boleh terlalu banyak atau terlalu sedikit, tapi adonan cukup terendam. 2. Sebelum adonan dituang, pastikan minyak sudah panas dan gunakan api kecil hingga matang (ini biar keluar seratnya). 3. Tambahkan adonan sedikit diatas adonan yang sudah dituang agar kue cucur bisa bertopi 4. Tidak perlu dibalik saat menggoreng,siram2kan minyak ke atas adonan. Lakukan hingga adonan matang.
- Tips : tiriskan kue cucur saat sudah selesai di goreng, pastikan posisinya berdiri, agar kue tidak terlalu berminyak.
