  1. Prepare 135 gram tepung beras
  2. Get 115 tepung terigu
  3. Prepare 1/4 sdt garam

  1. Siapkan panci Rebus air, Gula pasir dan daun pandan sampai air mendidih dan gula larut, lalu dinginkan air gula sampai hangat kuku / suhu ruang
  2. Dalam wadah lain, campurkan tepung terigu, tepung beras dan garam
  3. Masukan sedikit demi sedikit air gula nya, sambil di aduk dengan wisk, sampai adonan rata tidak menggerindil
  4. Mixer adonan cucur selama 10 menit dengan kecepatan tinggi sampai adonan rata dan lembut
  5. Istirahatkan adonan minimal 2 jam, klw saya, adonanya saya istirahatkan semalaman, lebih lama hasil serat nya lebih bagus, tutup adonan dengan plastik wrap
  6. Setelah di istirahatkan semalaman adonan akan terlihat berbuih dan tektur nya terlihat mengental saat di tuang adonan molor tidak gampang putus
  7. Siapkan 3 wadah mangkuk, lalu bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian, tiap bagian beri secukupnya pewarna makanan,pink, kuning, hijau
  8. Panaskan minyak goreng di wajan yg kecung, lalu tuang sesendok makan tiap adonan di sendok sayur
  9. Setelah minyak panas lalu tuang adonan cucur di tengah wajan, masak dengan api sedang cenderung kecil, setelah mulai terlihat berserat siran siram cucur bagian atas dengan minyak panas nya, harus nya di proses ini cucur akan membentuk jambul / topi, tapi enatahlah kenapa saya g muncul 😁😅😁😅, apa mungkin wajan yg saya pakai kurang cekung
  10. Setelah cucur matang angkat, lalu goreng lagi cucur satu persatu sampai adonan habis
  11. Serat bagian dalam nya 😍😍😍
