  7. Panaskan wajan dgn api kecil, beri sedikit minyak goreng, kemudian tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan ke dlm wajan. Goreng hingga bagian tengah cucur tdk mengeluarkan cairan lg
  8. Sambil siram minyak ke bagian tengah, cucur tidak perlu di balik. Tusuk dengan lidi bagian tenganya, jika tdk ada yg menempel, cucur boleh diangkat dan ditiriskan
  9. Cucur siap dihidangkan dengan secangkir teh atau kopi
