  1. Sisir gula aren, lalu masukkan dalam panci kecil tuang air, lalu didihkan…setelah gula larut matikan api kompor, lalu sisihkan biarkan dingin.
  2. Campur jadi satu tepung terigu dan tepung beras, lalu ayak…masukkan gula pasir…masukkan garam, aduk rata.
  3. Masukkan vanili bubuk, masukkan juga air gula aren dengan cara disaring agar kalau ada kotorannya tersaring….lalu mikser selama 5 menit, kemudian wadahnya saya tutup dengan lap dan piring serta diamkan dalam suhu ruang selama 7 jam (semalaman).
  4. Ketika akan di goreng, aduk aduk dulu adonannya agar tidak ada yang mengendap.
  5. Panaskan wajan kecil yang cekung yang telah diberi minyak secukupnya (jangan terlalu banyak minyaknya hanya cukup untuk merendam cucurnya), setelah minyak panas api kompor kecilkan lalu masukkan 1 sendok sayur adonan cucur, biarkan hingga terbentuk serat….lalu siram siram bagian tengahnya yang belum matang…bila bagian tengah sdh matang, balik cucur sebentar lalu angkat.
  6. Bisa juga menggunakan wajan besar asal cekung, caranya sama….cucur yang sudah matang letakkan di kertas penyerap minyak dengan posisi menyamping, agar minyak turun.
  7. Hidangkan kue cucur gula aren nya….paling enak dimakan ketika masih hangat 👍❤
