- Tuang larutan gula yang sudah hangat sesikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk whisk sampai rata, tambahlan vanilla. Diamkan 2 jam suhu ruang.
- Panaskan 3 sdm minyak diatas wajan cekung dengan api sedang, setelah cukup panas tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan (+-100ml) ke dalamnya, turunkan api jadi kecil, setelah tampak berserat, pinggirkan lalu siram siram dengan minyak sampai matang berubah warna. 3 sdm minyak untuk 4x tuang adonan.
- Angkat cucur dan tiriskan diatas tissue serap. Sajikan ketika sudah mendingin.
