- Tritura poco a poco las almendras y la mitad de cacahuates. Agrega las hojuelas de cereal (del sabor que gustes).
- Coloca 100 ml de leche a la masa formada y revuelve. Expande la mezcla sobre un molde previamente engrasado para evitar que se pegue a la superficie. Mete a la nevera.
- Posteriormente tritura el resto de cacahuates, agrega el extracto de vainilla, miel, jugo de limón, un poco de ralladura del limón. Cuando todo se encuentre bien incorporado, vierte encima de la primer capa, expande uniformemente.
- Toma la mitad de cantidad de ciruelas, quítales la semilla y tritura. Agrega la crema y mueve nuevamente. Expande encima de la segunda capa. Agrega hojuelas de cereal alrededor.
- Con las ciruelas sobrantes (guarda 10 de ellas): tritura completamente, y agrega 3/4 de azúcar, mueve hasta incorporar. Vierte en la tercer capa. Mete a la nevera.
- Tendrá que estar aproximadamente 3-4 horas en contacto con el frío para que tome consistencia.
- Decora con el azúcar sobrante, las ciruelas partidas en mitades y el chantilly. Disfruta.
