- Geprek bagian putih serai dan basahi dengan air batangnya agak tidak mudah hangus. Kepal kepalkan adonan ayam, keatas serai. Jangan terlalu tebal agar matang sempurna. Saya langsung letakkan di atas panggangan. Bakar sate sampai semua sisinya tampak matang. Jika lengket, bantu dengan sendok untuk mendorong bagian yang lengket, agar tidak hancur.
