Kenapa tidak direbus sekaligus di awal, karena saya suka aroma daun salam yang melekat pada ayam. Jadi walaupun digabung bersama air didihan baru dengan tambahan rempah lainnya, aroma gurih dan wangi dari daun salam sudah meresap ke dalam ayam. Jika suka silahkan bumbu tumisan dimasukkan ke dalam air rebusan ayam dari awal. Biar gak ribet, hehehe.
  4. Jika rasa sudah pas, masukkan jamur enoki. Tambahkan daun bawang. Disesuaikan selera masing-masing ya. Masak sebentar. Matikan api.
