  2. Passiamo al ripieno. Mettete tutti gli ingredienti del ripieno in un robot. Io uso il bimby.
  3. Versate nel boccale le uova, la ricotta e lo zucchero, la cannella, il fior d'arancio, la bacca di Vaniglia e le scorze d'arancio.
  4. Fate riscaldare a parte il grano in una pentola con 1 bicchiere di latte. Lasciatelo intiepidire ed unitelo all'impasto di ricotta.
  5. Imburrato due stampi per pastiere da 22 cm e stendete 1/4 della frolla per creare le due basi. Con la restante fate state striscieper ciascuna torta. Quindi 14 strisce.
  6. Versate l'impasto nelle due tortiere è mettete le 6 strisce a rombi sopra per creare la cosiddetta griglia.
  7. Infornate a 170 gradi per 2 ore.
  8. Lasciatele raffreddare per tutta la notte. La mattina capovolgetele su di un piatto e spolverizzate di zucchero a velo.
