- Miscelare le 4 uova con i 250 gr di zucchero, poi aggiungere la ricotta e mescolare bene. Unire il grano e il fior d'arancio, se piace anche un po' di cannella.
- Preparare la pasta frolla e prima di stenderla riporre una mezz'ora in frigo.
- A questo punto accendere il forno a 150° ventilato e preparare le teglie con carta forno o imburrare e infarinare. Stendere la pasta frolla e adagiarla sulla teglia, versare il ripieno e decorare con le strisce di frolla. Infornare e cuocere per circa 1 ora.
