- Take 1 taza Polenta
- Get 3 tazas Agua

Instructions to make Deditos de polenta:
- Colocamos agua y caldito hasta que hierva, para luego agregar la polenta. Apagamos el fuego y agregamos sal, nuez moscada, y pimienta(opcional) junto con la manteca, el queso en hebras, mientras mezclamos
- En una placa de metal colocamos un poco de aceite o papel film, y esparcimos la polenta
- La dejamos en la heladera hasta que enfríe completamente
- Luego damos vuelta el molde, damos un golpe seco para sacar la polenta. Empezamos a cortarla en forma de deditos y la metemos al freezer 15 minutos mínimo
- Una vez pasado el tiempo hacemos el empanizado con polenta y harina, mientras tenemos el aceite calentándose. Pasamos una por una los deditos y lo freímos hasta que nos queden doraditos. Y listo!
- PD: que la polenta no nos quede muy húmeda, ni agreguen demasiado queso
