  7. Take 1 yard long bean,cut
  8. Get 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  9. Take 1 eggplant

  3. 2 chilli,2 clove of garlic,crush by pestel and mortar
  4. Add yard long bean slicd,eggplant sliced,tomto sliced,crush
  5. Add lime juice,sugar,fish suce,mix well,taste…add to your liking flavor inthis step
  6. Add thinny sliced papaya,mix well and serve with some grills :)
  7. There are so many kinds of Som Tum in Thailand,named by varies special ingredients..here in this step,i will try to post more photo of different kinds of this green popular papaya salad :)
