  5. Con un mestolo, versare il composto nella padella(1 mestolata), muovere la padella per distribuire su tutta la superficie il composto.
  6. Cuocere circa 1 minuto, aiutarsi con una spatola per girare velocemente la crêpe e cuocere ancora qualche secondo.
  7. Fare così finché sarà finito tutto il preparato per crepes.
  8. Con un cucchiaio, distribuire sulla crêpe la crema di nocciole o marmellata. Piegare a metà e poi ancora a metà.
  9. Cospargere di zucchero a velo e servire.
