  1. Preparar la levadura en la leche y dejarla reposar 15 min
  2. Pasado los 15 min poner En bowl harina, azúcar y pizca de sal y hacer tipo volcán y agregar la leche con levadura.
  3. Agregar huevos y mantequilla y amasar por 5 minutos y tapar y dejar leudar 1 hora en un lugar tibio (yo tapo el bowl con frazadas 😂)
  4. Pasada la hora ir agregando harina y amasar bastante, luego estirar la masa unos 3 cm más o menos y cortar la forma de la dona ya sea con un vaso o cortador y la pondremos en una lata o mesa y dejarlas reposar nuevamente 45 min.
  5. Pasado los 45 min, procedemos a freír a temperstura media, por que si la hacen a llama altas de freiran solo por fuera y quedará cruda dentro.
  6. Ya estando todas fritas la decoramos ya de chocolate o azúcar como gusten.
