  5. Lo sacamos del horno y lo dejamos enfriar una vez frío lo habríamos por la mitad para extenderle el relleno.
  6. PARA HACER EL RELLENO: en un bol ponemos el queso y el azúcar y lo removemos hasta que quede una masa homogénea una vez e macho lo entendemos en la base del bizcocho y lo ponemos en el frigorífico y una frío a degustar un postre dulce dulce.
