Chirashi-zushi is one of the most well liked of recent trending meals in the world. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Chirashi-zushi is something that I have loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

Chirashi Sushi is served on happy occasions and at parties in Japan. Today's dish Chirashi Sushi (ちらし寿司) might sound familiar to you, but maybe not so much after. Chirashi Sushi (Chirashizushi) is a kind of Sushi dish with thinly sliced Sashimi raw fish Chirashi Sushi is sometimes mixed up with Barazushi which doesn't contain much raw.   1. Cook Sushi Rice. Plain Sushi Rice is good enough, but you may wish to add some vegetables to it just like Rice Salad.
  2. Place the rice on a plate and decorate it with your favourite toppings.
  3. Topping Suggestions - (1) Egg - Shredded Thin Omelet, Scrambled Egg
  4. (2) Vegetables - Cucumber, Avocado, Carrot, Snow Peas, Asparagus (*some vegetables need to be cooked in salted water)
  5. (3) Shiitake Mushrooms cooked in Sweet Soy Broth (*Sugar 1 : Soy Sauce 2)
  6. (4) Protein - Prawns, Smoked Salmon, Sashimi, Unagi (Eel) Kabayaki, Grilled Fish, Marinated Fresh Seafood, Chicken Teriyaki
  7. (5) Shredded Nori, Roasted Sesame Seeds
