- Cuando las verduras estén al dente o un poco más, incorporar la carne, mezclar bien y, finalmente, poner la pasta. Mezclar y freír un par de minutos y ya está listo para servir.
- Según el gusto de cada comensal, puede añadirse algo más de salsa ketjap manis y mango chutney. De igual modo, si se desea más picante puede añadirse. La salsa típica indonesia picante se llama “sambal”.
