- Brush with egg whites, sprinkle some sesame seeds and raisins.
- Cover the bread and allow it to rise for 15 min.
- Once dough has risen again, brush with egg whites again and bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 min.
- Allow to cool remove and serve. Bread can last up to 5-7 days.
