Si vous avez des PST plus grosses, il faudra les réhydrater avant dans un bouillon de légumes chaud pendant une dizaine de minutes.
- Lorsque la sauce tomate et les PST sont cuites, ajouter le sel, le poivre, du piment (facultatif) et 1 cs de sauce soja. Faire cuire encore quelques minutes et verser cette sauce sur vos pâtes.
- On peut remplacer les PST par 1 ou 2 carottes coupées en petits morceaux.
