- Sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Than in blow add eggs, butter, powered sugar, coconut with milk and mix well using a blender.
- Now add flour in part and make a smooth batter.
- Now pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- And bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until the knife inserted in centre and comes out clean.
- Than cool in pan for 10 minutes than move to cooling rack for further cooling.

- After this make ladoos,in a thick bottom kadai put condensed milk and 2 cup grated coconut and mix well.
- Cook on slow heat while stirring constantly.
- Cook the mixture until the mixture start leaving the sides of kadai.
- In last add red food colour and mix well and remove it from heat and let it cool.
- Than prepare small ladoos.
- When cake was completely cool put icing all over the cake,and ladoos on top and spread grated coconut all over the cake.
