  1. Tomamos una taza y media de harina para tortillas Maseca o Minsa y le ponemos sal, 1/4 de aceite de maíz (en casa no tomamos cerdo, así que la manteca de cerdo está totalmente descartada), agregamos una cucharadita de Royal y el agua necesaria a que quede una masa manejable.
  2. Extendemos un poco de masa en forma de rectángulo en un pedazo de papel aluminio, le ponemos salsa de mole (yo compré un mole líquido con chocolate), una rebanadita de queso y los cerramos doblando de un lado y del otro y arriba y abajo y los vamos colocando en una vaporera. Con esas cantidades me salieron 9 tamales. Los ponemos a cocer 1 hora en la vaporera. Buenísimos.
