  1. In un sacchetto per alimenti mettere le patatine e con le mani, tenendo il sacchetto chiuso, rompere le patatine fino a sbriciolarle il più possibile
  2. Lavare il pesce e preparare una teglia forno coperta di carta forno. Preriscaldare il forno a 200 gradi ventilato
  3. Passare il pesce nella farina, poi nell’uovo ed infine nelle patatine, posizionare il pesce sulla carta forno e procedere fino ad esaurimento del pesce
  4. Coprire il pesce con eventuali patatine rimaste ed infornare per 10 minuti, poi girare il pesce e proseguire per altri 5 se fosse fresco, altri 10 se fosse congelato. Valutate la cottura in base allo spessore anche del pesce…deve risultare bello dorato e croccante!!
