Instructions to make Ayam Kecap:
- Bersihkan ayam. Balurkan dan remas2 dg garam & air jeruk. Diamkan bbrp saat lalu goreng setengah matang. Sisihkan.
- Haluskan duo bawang, jahe. Panaskan mentega, tumis bumbu halus, kapulaga dan bunga lawang sampai harum. Tambahkan ayam goreng, aduk2.
- Masukkan kecap manis, saus tiram, kaldu bubuk, gargul, merica dan kecap inggris. Aduk rata lalu tambahkan air. Masak hingga mendidih. Kecilkan api. Teruskan memasak hingga kuah menyusut dan meresap. Masukkan irisan bw bombay dan cabe ijo (ini selera ya.. kalau saya suka bombay dan cabenya masih kreyes2 😊) Tambahkan sedikit air jika perlu.
- Masak lagi sesaat hingga bawang bombay & cabe cukup matang (tdk langu) lalu angkat. Sajikan.
