  1. Potong2 ayam, kemudian cuci bersih dan beri perasan jeruk nipis / lemon diamkan beberapa saat, Setelah itu bilas, kemudian goreng ayam hingga 1/2 matang
  2. Siapkan bahan2 untuk bumbu, potong2 bawang Bombay kemudian cincang kasar bawang putih, potong2 daun bawang. Larutkan tepung maizena dengan 3 sdm air, aduk rata dan sisihkan. Siapkan wajan beri sedikit minyak Setelah panas masukan bawang bombay dan bawang putih, tumis hingga harum.
