- Hervir los huevos y reservar.
- La chala se pone en remojo la noche anterior a preparar los tamales. Se puede poner en remojo a la misma vez que se hace la preparación del cerdo.
- Una vez que tenemos todo listo. Poner 2 chalas grandes y poner un bollito chiquito de harina de maíz con zapallo y aplastarlo bien finito poner un poco de la preparación del cerdo y un poquito de huevo y agarrar otro bollito mas chiquito y ponerlo por arriba aplastándolo también.
- Lo cerramos y va a quedar con la formita rectangular
- Atar con el hilo piolín y poner a hervir durante 20/25 minutos. Con esta receta salen alrededor de 45/50tamales. Una vez hervidos listos para comer. Se pueden freezar y al sacar solo hervir para calentar. Que lo disfruten y escríbanme si tienen dudas !! A comeeeeeer!
