- First in a pan add the milk. When it comes to boil and the Malai starts forming. Use a spoon to remove the Malai to the side. Keep on stiring. And do this process continuously. When the milk is reduced to half. Add sugar and let it dissolved. Add the kesar also. Cook till a thick Malai is formed.
- Now in a pan add the ghee. Then add the gratted coconut. Stir it for 5-8 min. Then add the Malai. Mix them well. Stir it for 5 min. Then add the crushed nuts and elachi powder. Cook it till all the water gets evaporated and the consistency becomes thick.
- Now use your hand to give round shape to it. Garnish it with a raisins.
