- Larutkan tepung custard atau maizena dgn susu cair aduk rata dan tambahkan garam dan gula
- Panaskan sambil terus diaduk sampai berbuih
- Ambil sepertiga adonan masukan dalam wadah masukan kuning telur aduk rata lalu masukan lagi kembali ke adonan larutan tepung maizena..tambahkan butter aduk sampai kental dan meletup letup
- Matikan api lalu masukan vanila aduk hingga rata
