  5. Se acomodan dentro de la vaporera que queden paraditos, y se ponen a cocer por 1:30-2:00 hrs, el tiempo depende de la cantidad de tamales, se revisan y cuando se despegan de la hoja ya están listos. Quedan esponjaditos.
