  4. Per la decorazione: montare la panna fredda con lo zucchero ed ammorbidire il mascarpone. Unirlo alla panna montata delicatamente per non smontare il composto. Servitevi di una sac à poche con beccuccio largo e tondo per creare dei ciuffetti su una base di frolla. Appoggiare sopra l'altra base e decorarla allo stesso modo.
  5. Lavare la frutta e tagliarla. Fragole, lamponi o mirtilli, preparare fiori in pasta di zucchero o fiori veri edibili. Appoggiarli a vostro piacimento sulla torta, con meringhe, macedones, etc..
