- Siapkan bahan. Cuci bersih ayam, lumuri jeruk. Diamkan sebentar kira2 5 menitan. Bilas. Masukkan garam merica dan bawang putih. Aduk rata. Diamkan 10 menitan.
- Siapkan telur, kocok lepas. Dan tempatkan tepung bumbu di wadah. Ambil ayam, guling2 di tepung, celup2 di telur lalu guling2 lagi di tepung. Lakukan sampai semua ayam habis.
- Goreng ayam hingga sedikit kecoklatan. Angkat tiriskan lalu goreng lagi sebentar. Supaya tetap kranci.
- Masak saus : Cincang/parut bawang putih. Campur semua bahan kecuali bawang putih.
- Tumis bawang putih hingga sedikit kecoklatan, tuang saus gochujang. Masak sebentar.
- Masukkan ayam goreng tadi. Aduk rata. Sajikan dengan taburan daun bawang dan wijen
