- Cuci ayam hingga bersih. Tiriskan. Lumuri ayam dengan bahan marinasi. Diamkan minimal 30menit (saya 1 hari krn lebih lama lebih meresap dan enak)
- Campur bahan adonan tepung dengan perbandingan 2:1. lumuri ayam dengan bahan tepung- air dingin/es-tepung. Ulangi 2-3 kali. Cubit2 ayam/ massage ayam saat dibaluri tepung. Goreng hingga matang kuning kecoklatan.
- Tumis sisa bumbu halus hingga wangi. Masukkan semua bahan saus, masak sebentar, cek rasa. (Tambahkan gula jika terlalu asin, tambahkan gochujang jika ingin lebih asam, tambahkan saus sambal jika ingin lebih pedas)
- Masukkan ayam ke dalam saus. Aduk rata hingga ayam terselimuti seluruhnya. Taburkan wijen yg sudah disangrai dan daun bawang. Sajikan
