- Lalu balurkan ayam satu per satu dengan campuran tepung. Goreng dengan minyak panas sebentar saja,kira2 3 menit. Tiriskan
- Lalu goreng lagi ayam dengn api sedang hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan
- Masak semua bahan saus hingga meletup letup,lalu masukkan ayam dan aduk rata sampai ayam terlumuri bumbu. Setelah itu matikan api dan sajikan.
